Chakra Kunai Stringed Defend- By adding chakra to my stringed kunai's, I spin them around and it will create a sphere of chakra around Rioken protecting him from anything that tries to attack him. Does not work if an S-Ranked jutsu is attacking him, It will break the sphere.

Chakra Sensed Kunai - My stringed Kunais also has an offense, It also helps me detect where My enemy might be hiding.

Chakra Stealing Shurikens- By throwing a shuriken with wind chakra in it, If it get's really close to the enemy, it will steal chakra from the enemy and the shurkien will always follow the enemy, unless the enemy destroys it.

Dupluicated Kunai- By throwing Two kunais, Rioken will make one of the kunais turn into clones IF the two kunais miss teh target. Once the Enemy moves out of the way, The kunai turns into a clone and throws the other kunai back at the enemy.

Shadow Clone Multiple Kunai attack- a strategy that Rioken uses to Distract or attack his enemies. Rio will create 7 clones and each of them have 2 Stringed Kunais. All the clones throw the stringed kunais at the enemy. The enemy will be confused at the kunais spinning around. Though they can block it, But it is just a distraction to get Rioken Closer to the Enemy and even attack them.

Lightning Jutsus

False Darkness -Raiton • Gian is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After releasing his black Lightning elemental from his body, Rioken will use the spirit to release a strong bolt of electricity from its mouth. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

Lightning Element Shadow Clone Technique - Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Four Pillar Binding - Raiton • Shichuu Shibari is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. To utilize this technique, Rioken will form the needed hand seal. Four large earthen pillars will rise to surround the target summon. Lightning will then be unleashed to stun the target. This will be the second attack in an elemental trio used by Rioken. First will be Fuuton • Kazekiri to cut and immobilize the target. Then Shichuu Shibari is used. Finally Doton • Otoshi Buta to imprison the summon in a gigantic sealed pot.

Lightning Wolf Attack - This technique utilizes the Lightning Element. After creating Raiton in his hand, Rioken will send out a wolf made of lightning to attack his target. Lightning will run from Rioken's hand to the wolf itself, limiting its range. Goes up to 100 Yards. They can also Turn into Lightning Clones

Wind Jutsus

Pressure Damage - Fuuton • Atsugai is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After releasing his black Wind elemental from his body, Rioken will use the spirit to release a large wind blast.

Great Breakthrough - Fuuton • Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After bringing his hand to his mouth, Rioken will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Rotating Shuriken - Fuuton • Kaiten Shuriken is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, Rioken will first be under the . This will grant him Wind chakra, which he will use to send his double bladed kama through the air as spinning disks. He can then launch these disks at his target like shuriken. Because he manipulates each individually, he can attack his target from multiple directions.

Gale wind palm - Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Rioken will send a strong gust of wind towards his target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness.

Water Jutsus

Grand Waterfall Technique - Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Great Exploding Current Technique - Suiton • Daibakuryuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below.

Bursting Water Collision Waves - Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Rioken will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Rioken is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

Water Prison Technique - Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Water Dragon Whip - Suiton • Suiryuuben is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, Rioken will first be under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced chakra. This will grant him Water chakra, which he will use to generate a whirling sphere of water. This sphere can then emit whips of water, which can seek out and impale his target.

Water Dragon Projectile Technique - Suiton • Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.

Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain - This can then be sent towards his target as a biting serpent.

Water clone jutsu - A Clone made out of water

Water Clone Explosion - A water clone that explodes and bursts out tons of water rapidly that deals strong damage to the opponent

Large Projectile - generate water in his mouth and spit it as a stream at his target.

Bullet - manifests a large amount of water in his mouth which he can then spit at his opponent as a large spherical projectile.
