Bio: Kai was born into a small clan that of recent years has failed to produce any great shinobi and thus some of the leaders of the clan secretly began using the forbbiden training arts that had given the village the title of Bloody mist. Kai was one of the children in the clan that had been chosen for this training due to his fathers belief that it was needed to improve the clans future. He began at the age of 4 and finished at 16 where due to his training he was able to fly through the genin and chunin exams, and with this the clans status was risen and the mizukage felt Kai was skilled enough to be a hunter-ninja.

ok... I think ive been approved and I guess this is as good a place as any for the rp you requested so here you go.

It was a cold winter night and the full moon hung high in the sky, the wind was strong and the recently fallen snow left a good two inches on the ground. A fancy carriage rolled slowly down a worn mountain path, the wooden wheels crunching in the snow and the single horse draging it breathing heavy. The carriage was accompanied by four samurai armed to the teeth, riding armored horses infront and behind the carriage. The caravan was being watched from a distance as it creeped its way through the pass, completely unaware of the watching eyes. The figure was watching from a tree top overlooking the path, he was waiting until the caravan reached a certain point in the road where it gets very narrow. The shadowy figure used the strong winds to hide his movements to get closer to the target, and as the shinobi got closer and closer, the howls of wolves could be heard in the distance.

The Carriage had finally reached the narrow part of the road and was forced to change its formation and form a line to cross the path that layed adjacent to a cliff. The caravan moved slowly along the road watching as small rocks and chunks of snow fell over the edge dropping into a black obyss that layed at the bottom. The shinobi waited for the last samurai to pass and silently attacked from behind he jumped on to the back of the enemys horse instantly wraping his hands around the warriors neck and snapping it. The shinobi tossed the body over the edge and continued to move forward, the next samurai turned to check on the other comrade behind him and when he turned he could only see two kunai flying toward him.

The samurai managed to doge one of the kunai but was hit in the left arm and fell off his horse. As the samurai popped up onto his feet drawing his sword in the same action, the ninja was already in his face delievering a palm thrust to the armored face of the samurai, followed by a spinning low kick that swept the warrior off his feet. The samurai rolled and landed at a kneeing postion and lunged at the incoming shadow, but with his injuried arm his moves were slow and the shinobi dodged and with a swift action spun around the samurais sword thrust. And in the same rotation stole the samurais own short sword form his waist and as the shinobi finished his spin he decapitated the injuried guard.

He rolled the body over the edge and kicked the head in after the body, he was clear of the rear guards. He ran down the path to catch up to the carriage, he had run only a few moments when he saw the slow moving carriage. He jumped into the air and landed gently ontop of the carriage, he dropped to one knee and drew his sword that shined in the moonlight and in one percise strike he stabbed the blade of his sword through the top of the cart and the officials head. He withdrew his blade sheathed it at once, and in a whisper Mission complete and with that said the moon was blocked off entirely cutting off all light and when the moon escaped its cloak the ninja was gone. The howl of wolves echoed in the wind and the carriage continued its journey down the path.
